Dr. Jason Hutchens is a licensed General Dentist and is adept at guiding patients through all aspects of dental care. His strengths include general restorative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, simple oral surgery procedures, prosthodontics and endodontics.
Jason graduated from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2012. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, West Virginia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, the Christian Medical Dental Association, and the National Eagle Scout Association.
He regularly attends continuing education courses to advance his knowledge of dental technology and practices. He is an active member of various charitable organizations and is a member of Braddock Street United Methodist Church in Winchester.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and has a great love for the outdoors and live music. He spends many hours hiking, mountain biking, snow skiing and backpacking/camping.
A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Hardin has been practicing family dentistry in this area for more than forty years. After graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Roanoke College, Dr. Hardin earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University in 1972. He also proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, where he was the base oral surgeon, stationed at Dyess Air Force Base, in Abilene, Texas.
Dr. Hardin enjoys practicing family dentistry, and offers a wide variety of treatments for his patients, including implant restoration, cosmetic dentistry, crown and bridge, Endodontic therapy occlusal guards, a full range of prosthodontics, and Invisalign.
Blessed to be at home in the mountains, Dr. Hardin is proud to be a part of the Shenandoah Valley community, and as an avid outdoorsman, in his free time, he enjoys Scuba diving, skiing, fly-fishing, golfing, hiking, and camping, with his family and four dogs.
Dr. Geovanny Balderas received his Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercises from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Blacksburg, VA. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, graduating with distinctive honors in community oral health.
While earning his dental degree, Dr. Balderas served the community as an expanded functions dental auxiliary at the Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Center. After completing his dental degree, Dr. Balderas began working as an associate general dentist in the Philadelphia/Southern New Jersey Region. He is a proud member of Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Hispanic Dental Association.
Dr. Balderas is passionate about patient education and oral health from a whole-body perspective and delivering high-quality care. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring hiking/biking trails and fishing.
Ashley is the Office Manager and has been in the dental field for more than 16 years. She graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Psychology and is driven to help our patients feel valued and educated in their oral health. Ashley resides in Winchester, but was raised in Alaska where she learned her passion for fishing, camping, hiking, snowboarding, and all things outside.
Fabiola is a Registered Dental Hygienist, graduating as a member of the first class of the Dental Hygiene program at Lord Fairfax Community College. She loves to use her 18 years of experience in providing the best education and dental care possible to each of her patients. Fabiola was born and raised in the heart of a dental family in México City and moved to Winchester after marrying her husband of 27 years. They are the proud parents of their two children. Fabiola has two passions in life: perform her job as a dental hygienist to her best ability and to travel, discovering and experiencing first hand the different cultures around the world.
Carisa is a Registered Dental Hygienist graduating from Monroe Community College‘s dental hygiene program in Rochester, NY and has over 32 years of dental field experience. She tries to bring a fresh attitude and a passion for providing oral health care and education as well as good patient care. She prides herself in staying current with the latest research in preventive oral health and staying professional and committed. Carisa enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Asia.
Yvonne, better known as Vonnie, is a Dental Assistant who has worked in the dental field for more than 36 years and really enjoys it. She loves working with patients and making them as comfortable as possible. She has lived in the Stephens City area for a little more than a year after moving from the Blacksburg, VA area where she had lived for more than 18 years. She really likes the way Dr. Hutchens treats his patients and staff and has enjoyed working with him for the past year.
Farah has been a Dental Assistant for over 15 years. She will ensure that your comfort as a patient, as well as keeping you informed of all treatment and steps involved is her number one priority. She resides in Stephens City with her husband, two children and spoiled dog. Farah loves going to Christian concerts, baseball games and making new recipes for her family!
Sue has been in the dental field for two years. She is the Appointment Coordinator and warmly welcomes you to the practice, strives to put you at ease and answer any questions you may have before and after your appointment. Sue lives in the Stephens City area with her husband, Duane, where they raised four daughters and have one kitty. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the piano, reading, cross-stitching, knitting, scrapbooking, and other crafts, including gardening with her husband.
